Demineralized (DM) water typically has a conductivity of less than 30 µmhos/cm. For even greater purity, Deionized (DI) water can be produced using a Mixed Bed (MB) unit or an Electro Deionization (EDI) system:

MB-based DI water: Conductivity of less than 5 µmhos/cm
EDI-based DI water: Conductivity of less than 0.5 µmhos/cm
